News Corp. Sends the MySpace Band Packing
Specific Media announced Wednesday that the company, in partnership with recording artist Justin Timberlake, will buy MySpace from News Corp. in hopes of revitalizing the ailing social networking site. The rumored price is around $35 million to $40 million, less than a tenth of the $580 million News Corp. paid for the social network in 2005.

Coming to you straight from the ClevverTV headquarters, I’m Dana Ward. So today we just got the news that Allstar Weekend will be one band mate short for this summer. According the group’s official facebook page, we hear that Nathan will not be performing on their summer shows or for the tour with Selena Gomez and the Scene. The post said QUOTE ‘he is home dealing with some personal matters and is taking some time off. Everything is okay, so there is nothing to worry about. We will see you soon (heart)’.
