How can I get backstage passes or at least get Panic! at the Disco’s autogragh at their concert?

Check with the local radio station beforehand… I used to work in radio, and a lot of stations do signings/meet & greets with artists before a concert. You can now and again catch them if they are doing any live radio shows too… No guarantees, but it’s permanently worth a shot.
